The company
OneIQ exists to AI-enable IT infrastructure — turning the fragmented, silent data locked inside every server, cluster, and cloud account into governed, answer-shaped intelligence that AI agents, and the people who run infrastructure, can actually use.
Why we exist
AI agents have a context problem. MCP gateways give them the protocol to reach tools and data — but raw infrastructure telemetry is fragmented, vendor-specific, and not structured for AI consumption. An agent hitting a monitoring platform or a configuration management database (CMDB) directly gets either too little (no lifecycle context, no cost data, no cross-vendor normalisation) or too much (unfiltered access to infrastructure it shouldn't touch).
OneIQ ICG sits between the two. It normalises telemetry from across the estate — servers, storage, networking, cloud — enriches it with chipset data, vendor lifecycle status, and cloud pricing, then surfaces it through a governed MCP interface. Each AI agent gets its own scoped Agent Zone: a curated, permission-bounded view of the infrastructure it's authorised to reason about. No raw access. No sprawl.
The result is infrastructure telemetry that AI agents can actually use — enriched enough to be meaningful, governed enough to be safe. For your team, that means AI answers you can actually trust: scoped to the right data, and blind to everything it shouldn't see.
